Starting university is challenging it can be as valuable and
enjoyable experience university whether moving away from home. While  a lot of students get first taste living grow
to the new environment and cope well throughout their university time which it
could be a stressful transition and strongly feelings of sadness, depression  or homesickness  that let me no doubt at all where the mental
health problems are so common in the student’s life.  More the past 12 months As from the study
showed that 78% of the students admitted to experiencing mental health. The research
proceed by the National Union of Students in the UK that they did survey
university students in 1093 students and it revealed with 33% of students have
had suicidal thoughts. In the same way, a study from the Center for Collegiate
Mental Health at Penn State University in the US found that in between 2009 and
2015 reported symptoms of depression and anxiety was an increase in the
students. I think nobody said going to university would be easy and   many students find out the difficult way. What
is self-directed learning process? , it is combining of the mindsets ,
knowledge and skills which bring to in different environments toward  different goal,  taking responsibility for setting plan with
their own learning efforts. As from the story while becoming better mental and
emotional health through difficult times at university, what are tips of
successful learning process? Self-learning at university can be challenging,

To be better understanding of self-learning process at university class with
being ready and setting learning class goals and good study habits. The purpose
of this research is to help identify the signs and symptoms of common mental
health problem for university students where to seek help. If not get treatment
this problem can become life-threaten. If students feel that they may be facing
this problem it is important to take action.  What is the effective technique for improving
physical and emotional of student’s everyday challenge at university to being
well? Based on the research, mindfulness from practice meditation and building
a new good study habit are the effective techniques for improving physical and
emotional of student’s everyday challenge in university well.
