My fellow Americans, We observe today, a direct attack against our freedom.
At 8:46 a.m our country has experienced deadly and intentional acts of terror. The attackers did not discriminate in their targets; from passengers aboard the Boeing 767 that struck the North Tower of the World Trade Center; to the many businessmen, and women, working inside of the Pentagon when the third and final plane struck the the outer three rings of the building’s west block; our people have lost their lives to the atrocious hands that is terrorism. To the Airplanes, that flew into our tallest buildings, putting us in disbelief. We must not forget these are the same planes that we have used to explore new worlds and and cultures; We must not forget that these Airplanes, crafted from steel by the mortal hands of man, have been used as weapons against their very creators. Thousands of tons of steel has been incinerated in the evil flames that torrented the halls of the Northern tower of the World Trade center. These halls housed mothers, these walls housed fathers’, these walls housed brothers, and sisters, and sons, and daughters.
These walls were held together by the blood and tears of the hardworking people of this great nation. These walls have fallen. They will rise again, supported by the hands of the strongest people in the world. The American people. Why are the American people the strongest of all people ? The sheer determination and perseverance the American people show in times of distress is proof, that we are the strongest ! They thought this would frighten us. They thought this would cause chaos, and retreat. They have failed.
Our country remains powerful. The relentless strength and resilience of the American people will continue to fuel the engine that powers this land. Our way of life was under attack today. The steel that has melted in the flames is a reminder that this country was forged by man. And it is this steel that creates our future. This attack has proven that even the foundations of our strongest buildings can be destroyed; but the foundation of a strong country, with an even stronger people, will stand forever. It is this foundation that made our country the target for this attack. We are the standard for opportunity and strength.
We were tested today, someone, something has tried to come for our title. They will not have it. Taking the life of another human being is only the duty of god; by unlawfully exerting this power, they have forsaken god himself and they have forsaken humanity. I pledge to the people living in terrorist occupied lands, desperately trying to destroy the grasp these tyrants have on them, The U.S will rid you of this evil. We now observe that t In response to these events I have implemented our government’s National response plan, which has been specifically developed for any immediate threat or emergency that may occur here at home. Our emergency response teams are working tirelessly in Washington D.
C and New York City in order to get immediate help to those who have been in injured. We are using all of our available resources in the areas that have been immediately affected. We will protect and defend from any man who dares cause harm to us. Our system is one of patience and restraint. We will not act out of impulse or anger. We have not let these events distract us from our central concerns and the functions of our government will continue without interruption.
To all of our allies whose cultural and spiritual origins we share, on behalf of the American people, I would like to thank you for your condolences and continued support during this time. The FBI and the CIA have every resource at their disposal in order to find those responsible for this direct violation of human life. I have all of our agents following any investigative leads in order to bring these savages to justice.
Today, all people join together for world peace. Today, we stand with everyone facing hardship. Today we all hold hands in remembrance of the precious lives that were lost today. Today we are all Americans. Today, our nation experienced one of the most horrific and deadly terror attacks in history. September 11th 2001 will forever be carved into our hearts forever, and the lives that were lost today will not be forgotten.
