City of Elmina has a strategy route
expressway that township will be linking
by Damansara-Shah Alam Highway (DASH) for upcoming development to
connect from Shah Alam to Mutiara Damansara, Kota Damansara and Subang area.
Residents of City of Elmina may have their first impression thinking that the
distances were too far from their working places such as the city area, they
may take longer time to reach their working places and it brings inconvenience
to the residents. However, it actually takes about twenty to thirty minutes to
arrive at the City centre by using the Damansara-Shah Alam Highway (DASH). The
extension highway is one of the strategies of City of Elmina to increase the
number of buyers to live in the township.
Futhermore, some buyers chose to be
part of the residents of City of Elmina because of want to enjoy and experience
the greener environment, this is because City of Elmina is a township that is
being surrounded by the greeneries. They may go to work in the city using the
highway and come back to City of Elmina without spending too much time. The
customers of City of Elmina have more time to rest and at the same time keeping
a healthy lifestyle. City of Elmina provides residents with a work-life
balance, which it is a significant competitive strategy to City of Elmina. Therefore,
the highway provides a huge advantage to the residents who are working in Kuala
Lumpur, Kota Damansara and so on.
Sime Darby had also requested the Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat
(SPAD) for the extension of the MRT Sungai Buloh to Kajang line to the City of
Sime Darby will provide a location to build MRT station for transport
development. If a MRT station is built around the township area; it provides a
competitive strategy to Sime Darby property because MRT provide conveniences to
their residents as well as the citizens as they are able to reach to City of
Elmina by using public transport. Other township area such as Desa Park City
does not provide residents with public transport, thus, leading every resident
to drive to work every day.
The development of MRT could
attract more residents to City of Elmina as they do not rely on driving their
own car to work or to other places which are reachable by public transport. It
may reduce the burden on car petrols and maintenance. This strategy could help
to reduce vehicle emission and pollution to the environment. Then, Sime Darby
is able to pursue environmental friendly approach in City of Elmina. Therefore,
customers of City of Elmina are able to reach the destination such as Kota
Damansara, Kuala Lumpur area, Cheras area and Kajang area conveniently.
