Currently, ArtificialIntelligence evokes great interest of the tourism industry by providing a hugecapacity to increase every sector activity, a wealth of data available forprofessionals and powerful computers with the multiplication of available data.Nowadays, there are variety of technologies, applications, individualizedconcierge services and online chatbots simplifying hotel sector and exceedingcustomer satisfaction.  The relevantquestion here is “Do people use AI wisely?” The introduction of AI addedenormous value in service quality of hotels.

The most noticeable system appliedeither as “customization” changed profoundly inside and outside functions ofhotels.  Almost every sector of tourism industrybeginning from little restaurants and ending with big hotels advanced inproposing their products. Advancingentrepreneurship means the increase of new ventures that leads to the formationof new jobs and more vacancies for people. The summation would be thatArtificial Intelligence is a tool to accomplish certain tasks efficiently andeffectively while hotel professionals focus on their mission. ArtificialIntelligence refers to a cognitive system only and it is important to noticethe word “Artificial” which regularly proves that AI is imitation and manmadecreation.

The aim of AI is not to replace human beings because it cannot learn aspeople do. Robots serve the needs of humans and tourism professionals who takebenefit from AI by using it wisely and referring to it as a tool.
