Broadly, children are the genetic raw-product of every nation including India which determines national progress in every its organ through its considerable exploitation. Children’s progress in every perspective is determined the national progress. But very crucial atrocities such as child sexual abuse, infanticide, forced child labour, and commercial sexual exploitation, trafficking and cyberbullying of children occur with children that make difficulties or impossible for them to live, their conditions get worsened which makes the country backward as country which could not be maintained or preserved owns genetic future-product like children, that country cannot secure or maintain the development in any field. One of the atrocities is caused to the children by commercial sexual abuse and exploitation which makes the brutal impact on the livelihood of children in family and society. United Nations Convention on Right of Child (UNCRC), Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, UNICEF emphasizes and provides effective measurement on Protection of Rights of children. India also incorporates the provision under Indian Constitution Part 3 & Part 4, the 86th constitutional Amendment Act, 2002 make free and compulsory education for all children from 6-14 years, IPC under Section 82 & 83 provide immunities from offences of children and under section 315 & 316 prohibit infanticide. Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POSCO) Act, 2012, Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, 1986 provide effective measures to provide Care, Protection, sexual abuse and commercial sexual exploitation of children.The author(s) through this paper would like to throw a light on the position of children, its importance for development of nation, constitutional perspective for safeguarding them, considerable enactment and measurement, plan and policies of India, and National and International convention and policies taken for protection of children mainly from sexual offences.
