Banana Bread With Maple And Walnut

1 cup brown rice flour1/4 cup white rice flour1/4 cup sweet white sorghum flour1 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon salt1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Bake at 350° F for
1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 15
minutes in the pan on a wire rack; remove from the pan. Cool completely on the
