-The Gram-positive
bacteria include Staphylococcus sp, Streptococcus sp and Enterococcus

-Gram-negative includes a large number of aerobic bacilli
such as Escherichia sp, Klebsiella sp, Enterobacter sp, Citrobacter
sp, Proteus sp, Serratia sp, Salmonella sp and Pseudomonas sp.

Among this 80-90% of
UTI is caused by E. coli and in ambulatory patients and of nosocomial
infections, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, Staphylococcus aureus,
Enterococcus faecalis are the most frequently isolated. Most of urinary
tract infection are caused by bacteria that live in the intestine. The Escherichia
coli bacteria cause the majority of urinary tract infection. Some
bacteria called Chlamydia and Mycoplasma can infect the urethra and
reproductive system. Also, they are may be sexually transmitted and
require treatment of sexual partners. It is not known why kidney stones may occur.
There are many medical disorders that predispose people to their development.
These conditions include gout, hyperparathyroidism, polycystic kidney disease
and recurrent urinary tract infections. In other cases, abnormalities in
the constituents of urine appear to be the underlying problem. The urine may
contain excessive amounts of constituents that make up kidney stones such as
calcium or uric acid kidney stones can also predispose to urinary
tract infections. Urinary tract infections occurring in the presence of
kidney stones can be very difficult to eradicate. Sometimes, if a stone
blocks a kidney for a prolonged period of time, the kidney may be irreversibly
damaged .

A urinary tract infection will occur when microorganism get in to
urinary tract and cause infection in this system and the result redness and swelling
and pain in the urinary tract ,most UTIs stay in bladder where urine is stored
and remain before get out in the body and the bacteria stay there and throw to
the urethra and kidney and cause infection and cause serious type infection is
called  pyelonephritis so pyelonephritis
is actual infection of kidney it cause back pain and pain during urination and
change color and odder of urine ,so in microscopy  test for urine can find puss cell and
RBC  and many time seen bacteria.
