102 error usually means that your bank’s website is facing technical problems, is undergoing maintenance or there is a server problem with data transfer between the bank’s website or the reporting agency and QuickBooks Online. Here are some suggestions: If you do not see any issues or maintenance signs on your bank or credit card website, then you can try manually updating your account in QuickBooks Online. Click the Update button in the upper right corner for more information about updates, see below for automatic and manual updates. Try to run three manual updates during non-peak hours.
